Spring on Etsy by the Soaper Stars Team!

It is screaming spring here with the smell of lilacs blooming ... and after a hard winter and the sast week here in Asheville NC of rain and cold and gloom ... I am thrilled to have some spring weather.

May I Introduce - The Horse

My daughter wants a horse. She loves horses, wants to take riding lessons, wants to watch riding events on tv, wants to take care of a horse (I don't think she has any idea how much work it is!). We don't have the room here for a horse. And I don't know the first thing about horses. So, what do I do?

I look to see what cute horses are available from the talented Soaper Stars artists!

We have this beautifully detailed horse head soap (no, it's not made from a horse head, just poured in a mold of a horse's head) from Sierra Snow Soaps.




We also have this very pretty-in-pink horse made with a wool blend felt body with a hand-dyed and hand-spun wool mane and tail from Made By Motherhues. My daughter, who collects stuffed horse toys already, would start bouncing off the walls if she saw this :)






And here's a glow in the dark glass ornament with a Paint Horse (is this a Palomino? I really don't know anything about horses...) that can be personalized for a special gift to be given to somebody who loves horses. This is made by BAKid Again, and they make about 20 different horse ornaments, so they're sure to have just the one you're looking for!
